The calls that come in after you close.

Your practice is open about 45 hours a week. There are 168. For the other 123, a caller gets voicemail.

Hear it first

Call the agent right now.

It's a live line, not a recording. Ask it your own questions. Try to break it.

(365) 517-8448

A person with a cracked tooth on a Saturday does not leave a voicemail and wait until Monday. They call the next clinic on the list.

What it is

An answering agent that switches on the moment you lock the door.

It picks up on the first ring, answers the routine questions your front desk answers all day, and takes the caller's name, number, and what they need. Every call is waiting for you on a secure dashboard before you open.

During business hours nothing changes at all. Your phone rings the way it rings today and your staff answer it the way they always have. This only touches the hours nobody is here.

Your number stays your number. Nothing is ported, nothing is installed, no hardware. Your line forwards after hours and reverts with one code.

The honest version

Read the right column first.

If anything there is a dealbreaker, we shouldn't be doing business.

It does
  • Answer on the first ring every hour you're closed, and handle several callers at once.
  • Answer routine questions from a fact sheet your office writes: hours, parking, which plans you direct-bill, whether you're taking new patients.
  • Take a complete booking request — name, callback number, new or existing, what's wrong, urgency, preferred times.
  • Put every call on a secure dashboard with the full transcript, ready for your desk to confirm in one call back.
  • Read your clinic's own emergency instruction, word for word, to anyone in pain, and flag the call urgent.
  • Tell a caller plainly that it is an automated assistant.
It does not
  • Write into your practice software. It can't see or move a slot in your day sheet. Every request comes to your desk to confirm.
  • See a patient's chart, balance, or history. It has no access to your records at all.
  • Give dental advice, diagnose, or judge how serious a symptom is. It reads your instruction and escalates.
  • Confirm what a plan covers or quote what a procedure costs.
  • Touch your phone during business hours.
  • Claim to be a person. If asked directly, it says what it is.
What it costs

No quote required. Here it is.

Setup, configuration and go-live$1,500
Monthly service and support$500 / mo

Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and your number reverts to exactly how it works today — no exit fee, no equipment to return. Live within 7 business days of your configuration sheet coming back. Includes 300 minutes of call time a month, $0.40 a minute beyond that, dashboard access for your team, monthly transcript review, script updates, and a one-business-day response on anything you need changed.

For comparison: a part-time evening receptionist runs about $2,500 a month and still goes home at five.

Patient privacy

Ontario clinics operate under PHIPA. So does this.

I act as your agent and sign a written agreement to that effect before a single live call is taken. Patient details are never sent by text or email — they sit behind an individual login for each person you authorise, encrypted, with access logged.

Recordings exclude personal identifiers and delete on a 30-day cycle. Callers are told at the top of every call that the line is handled by an automated assistant. You can request deletion of any record at any time, and everything is deleted on cancellation.

Next step

Fifteen minutes, and you'll know.

I'll ask what your evenings and weekends actually look like, show you the agent answering as your clinic, and tell you straight if it isn't worth it for you.
