I build AI automation systems that turn messy manual processes into working software. Right now that means an after-hours voice agent answering the phone for dental clinics and a retrieval knowledge assistant for a Toronto property management company. I own the full stack on every build: retrieval and data, orchestration through n8n and Twilio, the language layer, and hand-built front ends so the result is actually usable. Working independently also meant learning the commercial side, from the lead database and cold outreach to discovery meetings, proposals, and the CRTC ADAD and DNCL rules I researched before making a single automated call. I am looking for a full-time role where I can point this at harder problems with a team around me: forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or technical sales.

Their operating procedures are embedded in a pgvector store, so staff can ask a question in plain English and get a grounded, sourced answer instead of a guess. Running today on ten of their live documents and built to scale to the full set.
